(1) To synthesize protein that is translation DNA has some masterplan. protein synthesis information is transfered from DNA to the a RNA called massenger RNA or mRNA.
Now there is a special protein called RNA polymerase which help to transfer the protein synthesis recipe or information from DNA to mRNA. RNA polymerase binds to Template strand of the DNA and build a mRNA placing the base that is complementary to the DNA base.
But incase of mRNA Uracil is substituted for Thymine as the base complementary to the adenine.
In the above DNA given into the question the mRNA sequence will be
5'- UAA GCU ACG UGC UGG CGA AUU AAU UUA UUU CGU UAU AGU CGU ACA UCU AU-3'
in this above equation there are no AUG or Start codon present, the first codon present is UAA which a stop codon.
