I hoop = 4.7 * 0.41* 0.41 = 0.79 kgm^2


Moment of inertia of disk = 0.5 M R ^2

Idisk = 0.5* 4.7* 0.41 *0.41 = 0.395 kgm^2


also Angular acceleration A, from theta 0.5 A t^2

A = 2theta/t^2

A = 14 * 2/(8.2^2)

A = 0.416 rad/sec^2
