And a.) No I don't think Mrs. King is meeting her all micronutrient goal. As per the recommended intake capacity of all the nutrients help in reduction in blood pressure. Apart from reduced intake of sodium and higher consumption of potassium, Magnesium omega 3 fatty acid from fish also helps in reducing blood Pressure. Besides that Co Q10 also helps in reducing blood pressure.
Ans2.) The BMI of Mrs. King is below healthy category which very low.This might be because of the improper nutrient intake and improper diet. She also leading a sedentary lifestyle. An increased level of physical activity should to practiced. Reduced smoking can decrease blood pressure.
