We use the lens eqn 1/s + 1/s' = 2/R and M = -s'/s...Here s = 28.0cm

So s' = -M*s = -0.013*28.0cm = -0.364 cm

Now 2/R = (1/28 + 1/(-0.36)) = -2.742

Therefore R = 2/-2.742 = -0.729 cm

Radius of the curvature R = -0.729 cm = -7.29 mm
