1. Fm = Fc

qVB = mv^2/R

B = mv/qR

here R = d/2 = 0.9 m

B = 35*1.66*10^-27*6.2*10^5/(1.6*10^-19*0.9)

B = 0.250 T

2. Since

R = mv/qB

R is proportiona to m, So

R1/R2 = m1/m2

R2 = R1*m2/m1

R2 = 0.9*37/35 = 0.951 m

Also R = d/2, So

d = 2*R

d' = 2*0.951 = 1.902 m

Now

d' - d = 1.902 - 1.8 = 0.102 m
