Explanation / Answer

Suppose mass of wagon is m .

using newton's 2nd law,

Fnet = ma

F = 1.4m    => 1.4 = F/m

now force is same but mass is changed.

new mass = mass of child + mass of wagon = 3m + m = 4m

F = 4m a'

F / 4m = a'

a ' = 1.4 / 4   = 0.35 m/s^2 ............Ans
