I am allowed to answer only 1 question at a time
1st 3 parts constitute 1 question
Genral didtance between lens and retina is 2 cm
a)
s = 25cm = 0.25 m
s' = 2 cm = 0.02 m
1/f = 1/s' + 1/s
p = 1/0.02 + 1/0.25
=54 D
b)
s = 3 m
s' = 2 cm = 0.02 m
1/f = 1/s' + 1/s
p = 1/0.02 + 1/3
=50.3 D
c)
range of accomodation = 54 - 50.3 = 3.7 D
from 50.3 D to 54 D
