a) Speed of the Earth V = (2*pi*r)/T = (2*3.142*150*10^6)/(365*24*60*60) = 29.88 m/sec


b) accelaration is a = v^2/r = (29.88^2)/(150*10^6) = 5.95*10^-6 m/s^2
c) a = r*w^2

r = 6.37*10^6 m

w = (2*pi/T) = (2*3.142)/(24*60*60) = 7.27*10^-5 rad/sec

a = r*w^2 = 6.37*10^6*(7.27*10^-5)^2 = 0.03366 rad/s^2
