I am having problems with the last part of this question C in regards to 2,3,4 position. Can you please show work as I seen several examples, but still don't understand why I am getting it wrong.

Yes. The turning point is where the velocity changes from negative to positive (or vice versa) --
in this case, at t = 1 s.

The change in position is given by the area under the v-t curve (negative change if below t-axis).

Assume the particle begins at rest.
At 1 s, the particle has moved 2 m to the left, to 4 m.
At 2 s, the particle has moved net zero, back to 6 m.
At 3 s, the particle has moved net 6 m, to 12 m.
At 4 s, the particle has moved net 16 m, to 22 m
