Explanation / Answer
The pattern of age specific mortality in population with high and low HIV mortality is quiet different. In populations with high HIV mortality death of people belonging to adult age that is age group between 16-60 years age are vulnerable and die. While in case of poplulations with low mortality due to AIDS the people of older age group that is above 60 years die due to natural ageing rather than due to AIDS.
