1.Negative thoughts arise due to anxiety, depression, low self esteem, failures, unwanted thinking, poor health, socioeconomic status, strong inner critique. When you feel helpless your mind starts to think in negative way. Some person filter thoughts for example they see every situation in negative manner. Negative thoughts can be resolved by focussing on your strength , be non judgemental, don't over think, don't compare yourself with others, improve confidence, take a break from negative thoughts. Counselling and cognitive behavioral therapy can be helpful in resolving negative thoughts.

Changing negative thoughts will be easy if family and friends are supportive.

2.Causes of anxiety are traumatic events, depression, stress, poor health, genetic causes, gender, diet , fear, history of substance abuse . exhaustion ,long working hours, unemploymentf,feelingunder pressure while studying or in worka,havingmoney problems,housingproblems,losing someone close to you,feeling lonely or isolated,being bullied, harassed or abused.

Being a student take a balanced diet, get enough sleep, do exercise , meditation, deep breathing exercises, don't compare yourself with others, try to resolve problems, get support from friends and family, plan and do everywork so that you complete it in correct time, be calm and relaxed.

3.Accurate and true data , determine patient's limitations and learning style, take account of interest of patient.

True data should be provided while teaching patient for safety of patient. Know about limitations of patient if the patient has hearing disability use visual materials and stimulate interest in patients on teaching by asking questions and establish effective communication .
