1. GUAIFENESIN SYRUP: It belongs to a class of drugs known as expectorant. It works by thinning ang loosening mucus in the airways, clearing congestion and making breathing easier. GERIATRIC CONSIDERATION OR DOSE ADJUSTMENT: 200 TO 400 MG orally every 4 hours. POTENTIAL CONSIDERATIONS: close monitor the patient to reduce the risk of serious complications.

2. MIKE OF MAGNESIA:Magnesium hydroxide is the inorganic compound with the chemical formula Mg(OH)2. It is a common component of antacids as well as laxatives. It is used to treat constipation. Magnesium hydroxide can decrease the absorption of other drugs such as digoxin, tetracycline antibiotics, antifungal drugs and quinolone antibiotics.

3.SIMETHICONE: is an antifungal agent used to reduce bloating, discomfort or pain caused by excessive gas. It is taken by mouth usually before meals an at bedtime as per doctors order. The maximum dose for geriatric is 500 milligrams daily. Potential consideration includes, it absorbs the thyriod medication, so it is necessary to take atleast 4 hours before or after the intake of medication.

4. OMEPRAZOLE: is a medication used under the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux diseases. It is necessary to avoid heart burning foods that are fried or prepared in butter or oil and caffeinated beverages such as cola and iced tea.

5.TYLENOL : is used to treat pain anf fever. Do not take more tylenol than recommended. Do not take this medication for fever not more than 3 days. This medication may interfere with certain laboratory tests, possibly causing in false test results.
