1) The nursing assessment is the gathereing of the information about a patients physiological , psychological, sociological and spritiual status by a licensed registered nurse, it is the first step in nursing process so it the duty of the registerd nurse to take patient history and physical examination. then later the physican will take care of the patient. 2)Nursing was predominately female profession but now it is been opted by the males also, due to some of the stereotypes for the male nurse, so mr. garcias questioing the care by the male nurse. 3) Jordan is a registered nurse and master of science in nursing and family nurse practitioner,the master of science in nursing is a program to specialize in a particular area , the jordan is different fron the nurse aide is that the education requirement and job responsibility and certifications needed, differences in job duties like jordan can perform extenisive patient care while nurse aide have a limited scope of practice and some tasks for both are same. 4) The admission questionnaire and interview helps the nurse to develop the rapport with the patient and known about the clients histroy and symptoms and signs of the client ect it will help in care delivery and real needs and care plan etc.
