Explanation / Answer

Ans: Government should take all the measures to promote moral behavior as the nation which is morally good will be the nation best in the world. Advocating people about the moral and ethics is not an easy task but still the government is taking major steps to solve this problem. If the government did not enforce morality, there would be no enforcement against theft, murder, assault etc. A community's morals are affected by laws and part of an individual's too. What is legalized and what is illegal has the government endorsing or discouraging certain behaviors. If government will not impose certain laws then there will be more immorality in the nation. For example: If there would not any law or punishment for crime suppose for murder, people would have been killed for silly reasons too. Without laws good people are affected by immoral people and to survive most moral people would have to become immoral.
