The patient , healthcare provider, health care organisation and insurance concerns play major role in health care planning. In the 21 st century everyone expects an instant cure for all diseases ,whatsoever may be the cause like cancer to common cold . As the technology advances the disease also advances in it characteristics. When a higher generation antibiotic is prescribed for a flu virus , resistance develops soon for the antibiotic in some point and when the patient is affected with any serious infection that higher antibiotic will be of no use . Advanced technology should be used in a productive manner . Vaccines are available for many diseases to prevent the infection of those diseases.Many technologies are efficient in finding killer diseases even in initial stages but a newborn is affected by diabetes which cannot be cured.The disease progression is vast nowadays because of more life style modifications. Food practices are changed like decreased vegetables and increased fast foods consumption. Technology has modified the healthcare organisations. The costs are enormous as the quality of care has improved.So the patients with low socioeconomic groups are not affordable for care. Value based insurance plans are helpful. There is more positive things in high technology solutions for preventive aspects of care as well as negative things also exist in same amount.

The costs for care and generating bills are same in the hospitals but the way for paying those bills are changed. Medical insurance providers play a very important role to help the hospitals in surviving market pressures.Health services constitute a major place in meeting a nation's expenditures.Large companies which has more assests are eager in investing in healthcare organisations . The care given is based on the insurance plan of the patient. If the patint is insured , they get treatment or else there may be problems in delivering care.Example : In county hospital ,a woman in her third stage of labor was not given necessary emergency care , as she wasnot insured. There are adverse effects in healthcare because of the profit motivations in healthcare.
The insurance industry plays a huge role in the American health care system and absorbs a significant portion of the health care dollar. A single payer system, whether it is a private company or the US government, would eliminate the complex insurance paperwork burden and free substantial funds that could be diverted to support care for the under-served. Why do you believe that so much resistance to a concept used in every other developed country has continued in the U.S.?
The single payer system is being opposed by some organisations in US as it may create long waiting periods, and offer less patient choice.It also makes doctors to fear as they may lose their autonomy. Enormous expensive drugs and treatments that only few can access without high-quality insurance. A centralised payment system may be genuine in delivering care with efficacy.
