Theo is facing wiped out issue. As It's important to hydrate your body correctly in order to recover after vigrous physical activity. As Theo is basket ball player & after playing game due to high physical activity cause his body to loose fluids and important vitamins and minerals,especially due to high sweating.

Theo can take protien suppliment. especially he can take 300mg of CoQ in the morning after breakfast to decrease the level of CK from the blood cells.

Additonally he can add fish, beef and eggs in his diet plan. He need to focus on high carbohydrates foods also.
