In appearance check for any deformity, peripheral pulses, presence of edema , any fracture and change of posture
In body functions note for cyanosis ,bleeding, any limitations in mobility , elimination pattern
In symptoms note for localisation of pain, laceration and bruising , stiffness in any joints
In emotions patient may be frustrated, sad , irritable and in helpless state due to injury causing pain
