and speed of emassed car be v

theta = 65 degree

using conservation of momentum along y axis

mb*ub = ( ma + mb) * v*sin(theta)

1500 * 14 = ( 3500) * v*sin(65)

v = 6.62 m/s

using conservation of momentum along x axis

ma*ua = ( ma+ mb) * v*cos(theta)

2000 *ua = ( 3500) * 6.62*cos(65)

ua = 4.9 m/s
