Question

Does Physics ever get easier?

I get a variety of mixed reviews, I did well in Trigonometry and Algebra, I do not understand why I am failing Physics. This is currently the worst semester I have enrolled in and I do not know what to do, I practice for multiple hours and even though individuals tell me that Physics is a considerably difficult course, I cannot help but bring myself down due to what is taking place with my overall GPA, it is embarassing. We just completed the section with Kinematic equations and I failed that test. I recently hired a tutor and next week I have the second exam, elaborating on Newton's forces. Based on your previous experience, is the Forces section easier than dealing with one/two kinematic scenarios? I need all the tutoring I can get and at least need a B in this course, I want to ball my eyes out, this class is taking an emotional and physical toll on me. I need this course in order to transfer to University next semester and am required to take part 2 of the course. Please,I need insight.

Explanation / Answer

1) you go in with a really negative attitue, would you learn mucic or paly football that way?
2) you are actually doing it right
3) 3. is is the math translation part and it is a skill or talent like any other

in general : the very easy problems have 3 variables Distance = speed times time, in the proper units
you are given two and asked to find the other they are all a = b* c : c = a/b : b = a/c

the problems get harder when you are given ONE of the three and a second piece of information needed to find the second. for this you need insight

example how long does a car take to go 120 miles. Speed not given, time not given

also it went 45 miles in 15 minutes.

insight: 45 miles/ 15 min = 3miles / minute ( somebody is going to get a ticket)

physics as we know it was only discovered in about 1600s and everything we have today is invented by our knowledge of machine, mechanical physics, electricity, and chemisty , in 1700-1800s and the iedea of atoms and their properties for electicity in th e1900s

New we are in the ge of biology but DNA was discovered by methods of X-Ray physics

we are leaning more and more. math is the tool for thinking, Physics is the foundation of everything except mental, political and social behaviour
