Question
Write a matching question with each biome as an answer and the most important characteristic as the question. Be sure to include all biomes and remember you can only have five in each set so you may need multiple questions. We talked about several aquatic biomes. Design another multiple choice/matching question that includes the aquatic biomes we talked about and their most important characteristic. Define and draw an example of an oligotrophic, eutrophic and mesotrophic lake. You can show the nutrient levels as dots or small x symbolsExplanation / Answer

These lakes have high levels of Nitrogens and Phosphorous contents due to which they have so much biomass that there is a lot of decomposition occurring at the bottom all times.
