V^2 = 2 * 9.81 * 6.9

V = 11.63 m/s

During Collision Displacement = 0.3 - 1.1 = -0.8 m


Avg velocity V avg = 0.5 * (Vf + Vi)

Vavg = 0.5 * (0 - 11.63)

Vavg = -5.81 m/s

Collision time t = -1.1/-5.81 = 0.189 secs
