Friends and family report these recent behaviors as “totally unlike her,” describing her as a normally conservative, responsible person. Her cousin, who lives nearby, becomes concerned and accompanies the woman to a Crisis Unit where she is subsequently diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder and admitted to a Mental Health Unit.

Each and every question of the client must be answered by the RN.The RN must encourage as well as advice the client to take the medications as prescribed by the doctor.The client must first made to understand about his/her abnormal behavior and this should be followed by an explanation of the disease characteristics.The patient should be explained politely and convincingly that he/she should cooperate and follow benefits of understanding their disease and how it cured be cured with their cooperation.The client should be provided good resources,websites etc to understand better about their which will be very helpful for their faster recovery.
