1) a) The likely diagnosis is measles.

b) The presence of koplik's spots in the cheek, rashes along the hairline, high fever, running nose and history of absent MMR vaccination in a 4 year old child leads to this diagnosis.

c) The presence of white spots on the inside of child's cheek is the characteristic feature of this disease. It us called as Koplik spot.

d) The disease can be treated by analgesics such as paracetamol. Vitamin A solution is essential to revitalise the damaged epithelial cells. There is as such no specific treatment against the virus causing this disease.
