1. from inside: downward acceleration will be 'g'

from outside, the acceleration will be the vector sum of the two: sqrt ( 22+9.82) = 10.001 at an angle tan-1(4.9) degrees with respect to the horizontal.

2. jogger 2's velocity will appear as the vector subtraction i.e. (3i +2j)-(2i) = i + 2j m/s

3. the relative acceleration of the ball = (9.8 + 1.5)m/s^2 = 11.3 m/s^2
