According to the above case study, a school teacher is seeking the rights to carry a gun to school has created a frown in many. Despite have a good background and training to use it for safely. Since there is a lot of mass shooting that has been taken place over the few years and months in schools and college campuses, which is a major threat to both the student and teacher. Hence she claims that she has the rights to protect herself and others while in the job.

Yes, she does have the right to protect herself and others from any direct or indirect threat. Few states in US have already allowed the faculty and others to carry a concealed gun to protect them. Others schools have armed security forces too. In country like Pakistan bills has been passed to allow the teachers and staff to carry arms to school in case of terror attack.

Before the approval of the same, lot of preparation must be taken into consideration interms of safety and training. Since most of the people fear if it goes the wrong hands it might lead to another tragedy.
