1.According to the eating plan H,J & K ,PLan H should be taken by the person in limited means as the food is not fatty food,but the overall quantity is more .

2.a.People suffering from diabetes or obesity are not supposed to eat meat loaf and potatoes ,so the person might choose plan J over K.

b.Plan J is totally the unhealthy food that includes beverages,cheese and french fries instead of that root beer can be replaced with milk which helps to promote muscle growth and fat loss.INstead of french fries whole grains,eggs and fibre rich foods can be preferred.

3.a.ITS clearly plan E,as the quantity per day is too high and with loads of junk food.

4.Soya milk ,banana,asparagus,nuts,yoghurt are the haelthy foods observed,and can be distributed to everyone by following breakfast and snack time plans.

5.Healthy diet is away to prevent problems so it should have a right balance of minerals,vitamins,proteins etc.Green leafy vegetables,beans and lentils are rich in minerals and have less calories.

6.a. Whole wheat bread,baked ham,milk are the healthy food present and the strength of Plan A.
