coefficient of thermal expansion = change in length / (length * change in temperature)

= 0.015 /[10*(100 - 22)] = 1.92 * 10^-5 m/degree celcius

length of 10m bar at 100 degree = 10 * (1 + 1.92*10^-5 * (100-22)) = 10.015 m

change in temperature for the first bar to have total length 10.03cm = 0.03 / (10 *1.92 * 10^(-5)) = 156.25 degree celcius

temperature for 10.03cm length = 22 + 156.25 = 178.25 degree celcius
