Late middle age period has brought so many changes to the country in terms of economic, social, religious and political.1300, put a hold on the growth of the country. Various revolts, famines, wars took place during this era.

The outbreak of famine and plague wiped out half the population in Europe. Famine was extended to the end, where the people were forced to feed the domestic animal. Due to a high climatic change, a famine broke out in 1315 which caused millions of death in the country. The famine lasted till 1317. Europe was unable to recover from the wrath of famine till the year 1322. The people were exposed to the disease, starvation. This extreme of starvation resulted in cannibalism, killing of infants, crimes, mass death, abandoning of children. The famine even spread to Russia and some part of the Italy.

The western schism which occurred during 1378-1417, people blamed the church for being corrupted as a power strike developed between the Popes claiming to be the true Pops. The cardinal elected Pope Urban IV in 1378 which they soon regretted the decision by selecting the pope and elected an antipope, Antipope Clement VII, in the same year. The act of the church confused the population and various national and factional rivalries resulted in securing the leader for the church as Catholic Christianity was the only religious at the time to look forward to.

the strikes of plague in the country killed half of the population which was a dangerous spread of infection seen in the world. The plague was carried and spread by the rats during 1346 from a Mercenary ship. The disease wiped 30 - 60 % of the European population. The decline in population resulted in lack of labour workers which resulted in high demand and wages for the worker

This war is known as "Hundred Years of War". The long duration of the war affected economic, social, cultural as well as-as medical structure of the countries participated.

Unity of the Catholic church was scattered with the emergence of western schemes. This did nothing better than disturbing the religious and cultural beliefs of the people towards the church. The war and revolt brought economic, social and international disturbance. The population was affected by the famine and black death causing a black remark on the medical and scientific stability of the country.
