Does the indivuals medical history have an effect on the pharmokinetics of each drug??
*Please answer the question pertaining to this persons specific medical history and the way his history would effect how each drug works. Thank you.
Explanation / Answer
Pharmacokinetics of ileostomy patients is rare because each stoma is unique and generalizations are difficult to make; however, in the treatment of ileostomy patients, drug malabsorption is a major obstacle. Crushing/ pestling, solving/make a suspension can reduce the malabsorption problem.
