2. Resources such as hard copy documents records, computer data, databases of health records etc. can serve as a better resources for the chair.

3. For safety of each client their mobile number can be connected through their data's which can restrict other unknown user to fetch data's of other customer. As a result data's can be maintained with unique password and password can be kept or linked with their identification which gives securities to data's.
