Setting goals and making resolutions! Some of us do this at the end of the year to make positive changes in the New Year. But have you thought about writing your own personal vision and mission statement? A vision and mission statement is a paragraph that captures/summarizes everything you would like to be, do, and have in your career.

It defines what success and excellence look like to you. It expresses your vision for where you want to be in the future and it reflects your values, goals, and purpose and how you want to operate.

Explanation / Answer

As a physician, I would like to improve the health of people through excellence in patient care and medical discovery. I would like to provide the most innovative and highest quality medical care.  Success and excellence according to me are; providing the most affordable highest quality medical care to improve the quality of life of my patients. I will coordinate with my entire team to deliver my services at the best.
