The highly processed food mostly lack the minerals we need in our diet. For the person who never uses the milk, the major source of calcium he's missing and he never uses the meat, poultry, fish and even legumes. So, no way he is getting the calcium from the food. Calcium is very important to our body. Calcium is required for muscle contraction, transmitting messages through nerves, releasing of hormones and bone formation. The person must have weakened bones as he's lacking calcium from his food. So, if he exercises for a while he will get tired very soon. So, we can observe this situations and conclude that calcium might be lacking.
