1) The reason of Michael being overweight is because of his sedentary lifestyle. He only eats fats and carbohydrates and fiber, vitamin and protein intake is very low in his diet.

2) The cut down in his calories is biggest step should be taken to make him healthier because Michael's diet does not include any vegetable source and mostly includes fats from peanut butter and pretzels and carbohydrates. So his parents should include vegetables in his diet and the time of Michael's play should be increased, so that it includes physical activity.

3) Nutritional problem of vitamin and minerals are problem for Michael because there are no vegetables diet for Michael.

4) If he continues with his current habits he would have heart problem, weak bone problems and diabetes in the future as major problems.
