1. According to upper information , there is maximum chances of suicide in patient because he is depress , aged and going with worst time. He is alone at home and having guns also, second he is with no children and wife which aid in his suicidal tendency.

2. As apart of health care system , I do best of my to save Jeff from suicide and to help him to come out of this condition. I tell her wife and child to join the Jeff as immediate as for that I call Jeff to my home and arrange one short party and also call to his wife. I try my best and tell his child to call him and talk to him as early as.

3. Initially we can't tell him to come to mental health clinic because it give wrong message to the Jeff and he consider that these person thinking that I am mental person and them again this condition become very worst.

Best way to spend time with him as a wife with his child. Automatically condition come to normal and if not come then we think to take things forward or not.
