Post streptococcal glomerulonephritis : This condition typically affects children aged 2-12years.These symptoms are clearly shows the characteristics of streptococcal infection.It is charactererzed by sudden appearance of hematuria,red blood cells in urine,edema and hypertension.As per the case study;the signs of the patient clearly shows as per the symptoms of post streptococcal glomerulonephritis.
Sore throat,febrile are the symptoms of glomerulonephritis type II which is an abnormal renal disease.The report case for this child with hematuria ,proteinuria clearly shows renal problems.
