Explanation / Answer

Passive behaviour: hurting self before hurting others:

This a disadvantage as the person has a set of priorities in which self is not considered first. The need for peer approval and the need to please others is stronger than self approval. This behaviour is not suitable for leadership and initiator positions as the individual makes decisions based on others feelings. Advantage: this behaviour in certain areas of health and voluntary care organizations or children's shelters is highly recommended as the caregiver can be considered to be fully committed and puts patients or dependents needs above self interests.

Aggressive: intimidates others with expressions: this is a behaviour symbolizing a position of power and can be useful whenever the need to ascertain or force ones wishes over the other. This is especially seen in the police or security forces or in offices with people commanding a lot of power and decision making activities. Disadvantage: especially not a behaviour good with most children, interacting with customers or clients or in leadership positions wherevteamwork is essential.
