impacts of gov't borrowing When a government wants to borrow money, that money has to be produced from thin air by the central banks with a level of interest attached to it and added to the system thus inflating the economy and devaluing everything in it. You must pay for this debt through your income tax so the only winner in the long run is the bankers, and the losers are the normal people, paying for a loan that was created from nothing. Its all a fraud and people must wake up to it or they will never have economic freedom nor will their children.
