A) short term and long term body weight control
Short term body weight can be controlled by just the diet, if you stop eating unhealthy food and start having the healthy food, the body weight will be in control. Body weight won't be increased as the healthy foods have less amount of fats.
long term control.
To control the long term body weight, it is necessary to include healthy diet and exercise in your regular routine. If you follow continously the both routines the body weight will be in control.

1- heart problems as the fat deposition in the body is high that increases the blood pressure and it can lead to the heart attack.
2 - gout is the major problem in obese people because obese person produces more insulin and insulin inhibit the uric acid elimination by kidney and uric acid in body leads to the gout.
3- Cancer can be caused by the obesity because fat cells produce high level of estrogen and high level of estrogen can lead to the breast cancer and endometrial cancer
