A person in a leadership position I would like to interview would be a healthcare administrator.

Health administrator,also known as medical and health Care executives coordinate the activities of medical organisation ranging from doctors offices to hospital departments to healthcare corporation.They create goals and the strategies to achieve them,and communicate this information to all the employees.As administrators tend to such business concerns as budgeting,scheduling,information management,marketing and internal communication so that medical staff can concentrate on healthcare.Administrators also ensure that their facilities comply with all regulations and represent their areas of responsibilities at board meetings or public hearings.

Administrators are good in managing employees including colleagues.For healthcare administrators in large medical practices or hospitals,employee management forms a large part of their responsibilities.They hire ,motivate,train and even fire subordinate administrative employees,including legal secretaries,receptionist and clerks.Administrators handle Human Resource’s for all facility staff,including payroll benefits,vacations and retirement.They have knowledge in many wide areas like public relations,information technology ,record maintenance etc.

Their decision making plays a key role as they have vast knowledge in all the areas.colleagues should obey and respect his decision and should fulfill the requirements made by HA.
