1. My score is same as that shown in image. I conclude that I am not on right path as far as concern with my health because I am lacking in vitamins and complete diet. Vitamins are the most important at all and required on daily basis. This assessment give us idea about our current health as well as give us hint by which we can improve our health in future. Like I come to know that where I am lacking, that part i have to finished first then definitely my health become more strong compare to others.
2. Healthy lifestyle 8s nothing but the overall diet you take. Whatever you take is responsible for the well development of your body and due to which your all internal function performed properly like biochemical pathway and CNS massages. If I am lacking in vitamins them definitely in future I should suffered from the disease. Here I get clear idea that how I can maintain my life healthy. Healthy lifestyle is nothing but the complete diet.
3. Other dimension that influenced health is the environment in which you are living. If you are living in polluted area then definitely you can suffered from disease as well as quality of water is also impacting factor in health maintenance. Economy is also major factor which can influence health because to get complete diet we require good amount of money.
