Yes, this information was helpful to see whether the product is healthy or not because to determine whether it's healthy or not you need to know the amount of fat, protein and carbohydrates in the products and as all these informations are provided here, it helped me to determine whether it is healthy or not.
According to me these products are not good nutritionally because the product contains saturated fat that is not good for our body and the good fat that is unsaturated fatty acids are also very low in amount. These products also don't contain the protein.
These products do not fit into my dietary plan because I regularly do exercise and I need protein that these products do not have and these products would not let me maintain my preferred weight because of high content of saturated fatty acids.
