Question

I need a feedback for this comment: (Since attending college, I have definitely become more aware of stress and anxiety in myself and in others than when I was in high school. This is mostly due to the simple fact that their are much more stress and anxiety factors with homework, tests, social life, being involved, sports, and so on. Other students and myself are so much busier. With this being said, stress is not causing me to have irregular or disturbed sleep. I find the best way to help cope with stress are exercise, taking a nap, or making sure I set aside a small portion of my day for myself to do whatever. I have indeed heard of the mind-body relationship and the idea that the mind can cause harm to the body. I have read about this and feel as if I have experienced this first hand in some ways before as well. The following link may help with this idea.)

Explanation / Answer

Yes indeed even I feel that College is more stressful than high school as the coursework in college is more difficult than that of high school. Apart from this; in college, we have to do our work on our own; while in high school the teachers feel a lot more responsible for learning the information. In contrast, the professors in college assume that we are responsible to make sure we understand everything on the syllabus. Our stressed mind harms our body and its balance. For working and studying efficiently we do need to distress our selves by various means like; exercising, taking a nap, or making sure we set aside a small portion of our day for our self to do whatever.
