• Which of these methods of encouraging growth would you suggest for the typical company in Hong Kong and Singapore?

Explanation / Answer
1. The firms can form agglomerations which will not only enhance their productivity but would also proliferate their profits as their costs of production would be greatly reduced.
2. The firms should move from labor-intensive to capital intensive techniques of production so that per capita capital could rise which will inherently increase the per capita output and hence income.
3. Also the firms require to improve the threes social conditions of innovative investment viz. strategic decisions,financial commitment and organizational integration so that their new capital projects could generate suffice profits to keep the shareholder's value.
I would suggest the third method of maintaining the strategic decisions,financial commitment and organizational integration for a typical company in HongKOng and Singapore
The rationale behind this that the prime motto of the company's should be to maximise the shareholder's value which could be done by combining these three social conditions of innovative investment viz,strategic decisions,financial commitment and organizational integration
