From your paragraph it is know that Amish community refuses immunization programme during pregnancy and after childbirth. First of all solution is in problem only, that is where is the problem , solution also there.

Whenever such kind of cases come we should hand it very carefully . If we handled successfully then it is the greatest work for the mankind and if we fail then Amish understand it is not good to get immunization.

They are in agreement with the culture so they refuses but this mean not that they didn't allow us to do immunization. Following are the area that you must discuss with them

1. Health is wealth

Don't tell them but try to understand them that health come first if you are unhealthy then you can't do your work with full mind. Tell them that body has its natural immunity against all the pathogens. Tell them how they fight with the external environment. It is necessary because if they know this things them 2 to 4 or more people may think that whare we are telling is nothing wrong . It is good for us only.

2. Pregnancy health importance

Pregnancy is a process in which child is expose to external environment. Whenever baby is in the womb of mother, safe but once it come out it has to fight with external environment. For this it is very necessary to get them immunize. 1 activity you do here , show some movie of motivation to Amish community so that they come to know that pregnancy and it's immunization is very necessary.

3. Death ratio

If they didn't understand and not accepting your immunization programme then tell them history of 10 year how child they lost because of non immunization and if they continuing with this then again they have to lost many more children in their community's.
