THE RESTAURANT IS UNFAIR TO MANAGEMENT
IT DOES NOT PAY IT'S BILLS
THANK YOU!
The restaurant's revenues dropped about $1000 a week for the next three weeks. Then the hotel management removed the sign. Do you see any legal problems for the hotel?
Explanation / Answer
There are certain rights that every individual and company enjoys.
A tenant in this case is sechuan garden and owner is hotel.. If tenant is unable to pay the rent then owner must approach the tennant and ask for payments
If Tenant is still unable to pay then hotel can approach legal advisor and get notices issued to tenant to vacate the property, Further owner can also file for a claim of unpaid bills.
But, He certainly does not have right to insult the restaurant, Which in turn can file defamation case againist Hotel in which tenant might recieve a claim.
