It is recognized that changing a behavior and forming new habits is a hard thing to accomplish. Health care professionals are often frustruated when patients do not follow the medical advice.Changes are important to improve health and well being.

The aspect of health change i wish to have is good nutrition for leading a healthy lifestyle.Diet along with physical activity helps to maintain bodyweight and reduces the risk of chronic diseases.

goals:

Strictly following of healthy habits helps me in many ways .Intake of diet rich in vegetables and fruits benefits more.Due to the daily routine work i did not follow it before, but the results will be good only after following regular healthy habits strictly.
