The leader in nursing are going to use interpersonal skills and interdisciplinary skills in organizing all the recruitment process of new nurses and clinical officers using flexible repertoire of personal behaviours and strategies. The leadership can be formal or informal.

The manager in nursing are going to be employed by an health care organization to achieve the required goals by maintaining adequate structure of healthcare unit to fulfil those goals.

The new nursing graduates often do not wish to go for nursing management because they thought that nursing managership is complex, highly responsible position in healthcare organization. Any incompetency in deliver managership skills would damage employees, patients and reputation of health care organization. The bad management styles such as “overnice” “pure mean” or dictorial way of behaviour with emotionally remote nature would cause ineffective health care delivery to patients.

The new graduates of nursing do accept this position only after acquiring a few years of experience in small scale clinical organization as an effective healthcare manager. This experience should include, resource allocation, planning for future, electronic health monitoring, hiring & firing employees, reporting of clinical events to senior chairs, etc. This kind of experience can deliver high-quality clinical care.
