1. DEmographic dividend of the population had decreases.

2. The working age population has decreased in comparison to 2004.

3. The population above 55 years of age has increased.

4. Women particpation has also increased since 2004.

So, basically the elderly population has increased which are no longer in the work force. The working age population is decreasing and there are more number of women is the labor force.
