1. The instructional strategies should be such that it leads to efficient delivery of instructions and the outcome should be proper training and education. The strategy should be such that the instructions are properly organized to improve performance. The delivery method should be chosen such that the learners get maximum benefit. The delivery can be made through e learning. For an effective instruction the instructor should gain attention, should inform learners about the benefit of instructions, should train and guide the learners and should be confident enough to create interest in learners. The instruction should be such that they result in satisfaction of learners and proper feedback and assessment should be done afterwards.

Confidence: Instructor should increase the level of confidence in learners by motivating them. Positive feedback should be given to encourage them.
