Everyone wants personal care and to be able to see our own personal doctor, which some of could lost with government sponsored health care. Cuba, a communist country has one of the finest health care systems in the world and the life span there is as long as it is the U.S.at a fraction  of the cost.  The difference is Cuba encourages a healthy life style-their effort is on prevention not on medicine. The cost of medical care could be reduced drastically in the U.S. with healthy life styles and prevention, why isn't it done?

The obesity epidemic has huge consequences and have not begun to pay the full cost. The federal SNAP program (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) allows recipients to use SNAP dollars to buy any kind of food, but it serves as funnel to the junk food industry. On account of this, people on SNAP program are more obese, have metabolic syndrome and have more cardiac risks. All we have to do to fix this issue is essential allow recipients to purchase only healthy foods, it would transform the food supply and dramatically improve the health and wellbeing of SNAP recipients.

The healthcare delivery system in primary care has been ineffective at managing patients, because as soon as patients leave the doctor’s office, the medical system disengages. Moreover, when legislators look for something to cut in the budget, they do something that has no visible effects.
